We cannot control the availability of some of our most popular items. Our manufacturers sometimes cannot keep up with demand for these products. Backorder items are expected in the future. Arrival times vary greatly. We ship these items as soon as we receive them by the shipping method you selected. If any of your items are on order and/or backordered, we will send you an update, usually within 2 business days. If an item is backordered, you can email us or call to cancel that item.

100% Product warrantyNotice for all shipments (damages in shipping): Please inspect your package/merchandise carefully for any possible damage in transit. Should any damage be detected, please contact the shipping agent within 5 business days to file a report. You will be given instructions on how to proceed with a claim. Please do NOT return your package to Mingloo International as this will void all claims.
We fully warrant all of our products against any defects in materials or workmanship. We carefully inspect ALL items before we package and ship them to you. Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you find any defects not related to damages in shipping within 30 days of delivery, we will happily EXCHANGE that item - no extra cost to you. Items that have been used (have come in contact with ANYTHING) cannot be returned.
Note: All products are made by highly experienced and dedicated craftsmen using the age-old techniques. As a result, the actual product may differ slightly with the picture published on the website. Only the products with manufacturing defects shall be eligible for returns.

Order Cancellation PolicyYou may cancel any order that HAS NOT shipped. Custom orders cannot be cancelled. You will be notified if this applies to you.
Return PolicyYou must obtain RMA # for all returns by sending an email to
Orders. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns and this fee is based on the actual price paid for the item. Shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping the products back to the warehouse.
To be eligible for a refund, you MUST return your item within 30 days of receiving it. All refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returns.
Defective item returns are eligible for a full refund ONLY if the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced by us within a reasonable time period. If the customer refuses to accept a replacement and wants to return the product, the return shall be considered a normal return with the above stated terms.
